Groups of Power

As the adventures change to another, besides meeting intresting people, our heroes confront powerful groups, organizations and institutions, which may prove to be helpful or utterly dangerous.

Order of the Black Cliff
Among the poor people of Darnon, these dark knights are better known as Skull Riders. They hail from Iriaebor, and are the most terrifying weapon the king Osander II wields. Their leader is known as Captain Irongrave, old but yet vigorous man of terrible power. They form the basis of Cult of the Bitter Lord.

Cult of the Bitter Lord
As King Osander II declared all other gods false and pronounced the Bitter Lord to be the only one there is, a tyrannical cult was born. It wields great power over Darnon, Lord Protector Mornburg of Asbravn as its cruel leader. The cult has suppressed every other religion to margin. Cult followers who hurl themselves to battle are known as the Fanatics of the Bitter Lord.

Mercenaries of Tyborg
Quite succesful mercenary group hailing from Iriaebor. They tracked our heroes down in the Hunters Camp and slayed poor Hulford Bronzevest of the hunters.

United Merchants
Cover name for the United Murderers crime syndicate in Scornubel. One of them, man called Mordiggian tried to make the heroes murder man known as Alvar, monk who rebels against the powerful syndicate.

Red Shields of Scornubel
The army and the guard of freecity of Scornubel, highly influenced by the United Merchants

Chitine of Sparklestone Mines

Skogarrim

Cabal of Valthar the Wise
Cabal of wizards dedicated for protecting and reviving the knowledge and magicks of ancient Nethere. After Valthar demise, wizards Tybor and "one-better-not-to-be-mentioned" struggled for his legacy, and Tybor was imprisoned inside a cube, while the "one" was banished to far-east. Witchking of Bloodmountain ruled after them but eventually the cabal disappeared into the sands of time.

Blackhelms
Darnons standing army, highly trained yet relatively small in number. Previously known as Brighthelms, they are as skilled as they used to be, but their general agendas are bit more villaneous nowadays. Their elite forces are known as the Defenders of the Iron Wall

Rebels of Darnon, aka FREE DARNON
Yet small in number and lacking in swordmanship, their ranks grow day to day as the terror in the kingdom of Darnon rises. Arius as the prince claiming the throne acts as main inspiration for many. The Rebels wait for his sign to begin the uprising to take the throne.

Orcs of the Sunset Mountains
They are numerous, but the death of the leader of the most powerful tribe hinders them for awhile.

Kingdom of Free Darnon
Kingdom that our heroes crafted with their own hands. Currently rivalling with King Osander II regime of terror.
